Now, thirty years later, he has just completed his army of alien soldiers and is almost ready to launch a massive assault on the world\'s government. Its up to two elite soldiers, Bill Mad Dog Rizer and Lance Scorpion Bean to the infiltrate the Red Falcons facilities, defeat his armies, and destroy him before he can bring his plans to fruition.
